Thank You for an Unforgettable Experience

Last weekend we experienced something truly special at our free workshop “From Beginner to Photographer with Jesse Caballero.” Designed for those who want to start their photography journey in a simple, creative and no‑nonsense way, the event exceeded all expectations. And it’s all thanks to you!

We kicked off with an inspiring photowalk

The day began at noon with our “Capture with Purpose” photowalk through the heart of Denver. We gathered a diverse group of enthusiasts transformed the streets into an open‑air studio.

• How to harness natural light in different urban settings.

• Basic composition to create balanced and striking images.

• Simple tips for getting a good shot with any camera or even just a phone.

The group’s energy made the photowalk truly inspiring.

For many attendees, this was their first time hearing about Aftershoot, and it became clear that technology can be a powerful ally to improve results without sacrificing creativity.

Time allowed us to chat, trade tips and meet other photography lovers. One of the workshop’s main goals is to foster a supportive community, and this space was perfect for that. It was exciting to see new friendships and potential collaborations forming. At the Q&A with Jesse Caballero, where he answered technical questions, shared his experience and encouraged us to keep exploring our own style.

Registrations filled up quickly, everyone’s warmth and willingness made it feel like one big family. Seeing each attendee try new techniques, help one another and capture unique moments was the greatest reward.

Visual memories

Throughout the event I was taking photos and recording a video to preserve the magic of the day. These images and the recap video reflect the joy, curiosity and collaborative spirit we experienced.

• Un Photowalk es una actividad donde un grupo de personas se reúne para caminar por una zona interesante —en este caso, el centro de Denver— mientras practican fotografía.
