This is Jesse. I wanted to touch base with you regarding the digital products that you've been waiting for.
Firstly, I apologize for the oversight on our end. After you made your final selection in early March 2023, your digital products were ready by May 2023. This means that the USB drive containing your movie has been in our storage for the past two months due to a miscommunication on our part.
When you reached out to us on early August 2023 about your products, we did ask you to give us a call. I prefer to set up appointments over the phone as I find it more efficient; this is just a personal preference.
The reason you haven’t received an email reminder in the past two months is that there is an outstanding balance of $250 for the drone coverage. I genuinely apologize for not informing you sooner.
I understand your frustration, and we feel deeply regretful about this oversight. To remedy this, we will retrieve your USB from storage this week and ship it to you via UPS, complete with delivery confirmation and tracking.
Could you please confirm your mailing address using the form below? While I recognize that waiving fees or offering credits may not fully alleviate your feelings, we genuinely want to make this right.
On a brighter note, I'm confident you'll be pleased with the final movie and pictures. They turned out wonderfully. Once you've made your selection below, I'll ensure the digital files are promptly released to you. Everything came out so beautiful!
