CABALLERO PORTRAITS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

(for qualifying purchases made after 01/12/11)

What this warranty covers.

CABALLERO PORTRAITS warrants to the original purchaser of this CABALLERO PORTRAITS product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship, and shall be in an undamaged condition at the point of first sale to the original purchaser.

What the period of coverage is.

CABALLERO PORTRAITS warrants this CABALLERO PORTRAITS product for the lifetime of the product.

What will we do to correct problems?

Product Warranty.

CABALLERO PORTRAITS will replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product) with an identical or similar CABALLERO PORTRAITS product.  CABALLERO PORTRAITS reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that CABALLERO PORTRAITS is unable to replace the product with an identical CABALLERO PORTRAITS product (for example, because it has been discontinued), CABALLERO PORTRAITS will offer either a refund or provide a replacement of another product in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt and as discounted by its natural use. 

What is not covered by this warranty?

All above warranties are null and void if the CABALLERO PORTRAITS product is not provided to CABALLERO PORTRAITS for inspection upon CABALLERO PORTRAITS’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if CABALLERO PORTRAITS determines that the CABALLERO PORTRAITS product has been improperly used, stored, altered in any way or tampered with. This limited warranty does not protect against damage caused by vandalism, theft, normal use, wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accident, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to power disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), war, terrorism, or acts of God such as flood, fire or earthquake. This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement of personal property, events, photo-shoots inside or outside of the CABALLERO PORTRAITS product. 

This limited warranty does not cover products provided to you as replacement products for other products deemed to be replaceable per the terms of this warranty.  For the avoidance of doubt, this means that if you purchase a CABALLERO PORTRAITS product, and that product is covered by this limited warranty and is therefore replaced with another product by CABALLERO PORTRAITS, the replacement product is not covered under this warranty or any other warranty, whether implied or express.

 CABALLERO PORTRAITS offers a non-warranty replacement program, called accident protection, both are limited to a maximum of one replacement per qualifying product, and/or purchased item, to see if you qualify and for further details please contact CABALLERO PORTRAITS.

How to get service.  

To get service for your CABALLERO PORTRAITS product you must take the following steps: 

1. Contact CABALLERO PORTRAITS at replace@caballeroportraits.com. Be prepared to provide the following information:

a. Details on the CABALLERO PORTRAITS product.

b. When you purchased the product.

e. Copy of original receipt.

2. Your CABALLERO PORTRAITS Customer Service Representative will then instruct you on how to proceed with your claim.

CABALLERO PORTRAITS reserves the right to review the damaged CABALLERO PORTRAITS product. All costs of shipping the CABALLERO PORTRAITS product to CABALLERO PORTRAITS for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. CABALLERO PORTRAITS reserves the right to be subrogated under any existing insurance policies the purchaser may have.

How state law relates to the warranty.

This warranty contains the sole warranty of CABALLERO PORTRAITS, there are no other warranties, expressed or, except as required by law, implied, including the implied warranty or condition of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and such implied warranties, if any, are limited in duration to the term of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

In no event shall CABALLERO PORTRAITS be liable for incidental, special, direct, indirect, consequential or multiple damages such as, but not limited to, lost business or profits arising out of the sale or use of any CABALLERO PORTRAITS product, even If advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or other damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This limited warranty applies only to Products purchased within the United States.
